In the movie "Bullet",i believe there was a breakdown shotgun that the perpetrator pulled from his overcoat.

All of the Bourne movies. In the Bourne Identity, it was Clive Owen's rifle used against on Wombosi, in Supremacy it's the rifle Bourne uses to scope out Pamela Landy's operation and what Karl Urban uses to kill Bourne's GF in the beginning, in Ultimatum it's the rifle used to take out the reporter when he finds out about Operation Black Briar, and in Legacy it's the rifle Cross uses in the beginning of the movie. That's just what I remember from memory, there might be more uses in those movies.

Maybe this is too simplistic to qualify as a "take down," but in the movie DIE HARD, the Alexander Godunov character is shown attaching the barrel to his Steyr AUG as he heads to the roof to shoot it out with Bruce Willis.

I believe in Absolute Power with Clint Eastwood there are two rifles that are takedowns, both aimed at Clint Eastwood. IMFDB shows them to be Remington 700s.

Walther Matthau in Buddy, Buddy is a Sniper using a take down Remington 742. I saw a rifle like it in another movie but I don't remember what it was.
