Okay folks, I'm looking for somebody to help me find the unedited version of this video www.m90.org/index.php?id=8173 which supposedly shows U.S. Snipers "taking out" Taliban fighters.

The issue is that I've seen the UNedited version of this video which clearly shows closeups of the actual targets - prarie dogs - prior to shooting them. A couple of guys at work are arguing over whether this is actual footage of U.S. Snipers at work. I know for a FACT that this is bogus, edited video of prarie dogs, as I saw the video well before anyone came up with the silly idea of editing it and claiming it was enemy combatants in Afghanistan.

I just simply cannot find the original source of the video which was either a bench-rest forum or precision shooting website. The unedited version makes it plainly clear with closeups that the targets are varmints of the four legged type.

Thx,

DR

Just watching it, I wouldn’t believe it. I am not in Iraq, and have never actually seen someone be shot, so I am not an expert by any stretch of the imagination, but something tells me that the energy contained in a bullet is not enough to send a man flying through the air like that. Something just doesn’t look right to me.

DesertRat,

The original can be found here: Varmint Safari

You are correct...the video is incorrectly indentified. I ran it across it a few months ago (the fake that is) posted on Ariana Huffington's blog by way of this guy: Paul Rieckhoff

I emailed Huffington, Optruth and the Varmint Safari guys and it was pulled down....

THe answer is simple physics. If the guy shooting the gun doesnt fly 20 feet in the air then either will the target.

Now we know the truth. How do we get the truth out to show everbody just what the Anti-Americans are showing and trying to blame on the Marines.

Thanks to the Mod's for not locking this thread... another forum locked it up and the mod stated that we should help him offline. Now this member actually got some help from somebody and we were all able to learn!
Thanks Moderators
