Texas CCW, alcohol consumption, and intoxication

The state has to prove that you were impaired by alcohol, not just that you had any alcohol. A very important difference.

A difference that might not help. Juries tend to believe cops. Cop says you appeared impaired you're gonna have a hard time proving otherwise.

I just don't see it being worth the risk.
