My brother has the original Snubzilla, a 3" 625-2 .45ACP purchased new around 1990 with custom work done by the Bill Davis service center. A couple of years later I was offered a M25-2 .45ACP that had been cut down and round butted. The barrel is just under 3" and it had an extra ball detent crane lock facing the ejector shroud. I put it in to the Bill Davis service center for a super tune (With a stock length mainspring strain screw) one of their ball detent crane locks, hammer bob, broken sharp edges, front night site, bead blast and the darkest blue they could manage. The results are what you see in the picture. At ten yards standing double action rapid fire with a Davis grip and Weaver stance this gun will put 230g Hydrashoks into the ten ring all day long. The only change I want to make is to install a good pair of Hogue wood grips but they have to be fitted because it's not a factory roundbutt.Photoman said:Tell us more about Snubzilla! Very nice!

The M65 in the attachment below is the first cousin to the two Snubzillas.
