I have the opportunity to buy a slightly used Wilson Combat Super Sniper in 6.5 Creedmore that will fill a niche that I've been looking to fill. They are more on the expensive side so I'm wondering if anyone here has one and if so, how do you like it. Rifle accurately shot out to 900 yards and has less then 150 rounds down the barrel.

What do you think?

If I were forced to spend that much on an AR-10, I think I would get a JP LRI-20 or a Gap-10.

That said, one could put together a very accurate one for much less. Lots of money in those goes towards things that don’t translate directly to smaller groups.

An AR-10 that runs and add a great barrel and trigger, spend the rest on quality optics and ammunition, would take you further. IMO.

Thanks guys. Have a Rock River LAR-8, which is a AR-10 clone and it has decent accuracy. The WC is a bolt action and am looking to do some precision shooting out to and a little past 1000 yards. They say the WC will do it, but I'll keep looking at others as well.
