Andrew:
There is absolutely nothign wrong with making certain people do not trespass on your property. And if you have a big place, nothing wrong with asking people to help you do so.
Everyone seems to be forgetting, people are crossing peoples land without permission, helping themselves to food, clothing, and whatever else they care to take after breaking into houses that are unoccupied, and they get a little fed up with it. However, keep in mind, the Minutemen are armed with CELL PHONES. That is it. The Mexican Government is armed with guns, and shoot across the border at Sheriffs trying to halt drug smuggling.
The only ones pushing the limit, is the INS by committing an act of treason by calling the Mexican Government/Drug Smugglers to let them know exactly where the land owners and their help are located.
If you read Article IV, section IV, and Article I, Section VII, clauses four, fifteen, and sixteen, of the Constituion, I cannot imagine how it could be reasonable that the Minutemen are doing anything wrong, but I can imagine after reading it, that Congress and the President are derelict in their duty, when Congressional Aides themselves term this an "invasion".
