Glock 38(45 g.a.p.) The one and only as it seems. I like the gun, because I have fairly small hands and have to shift my hand to reach the mag release on the .45 acp glock. Needless to say I'm not comfortable doing that if I had to in a firefight. I'm thinking about trading it in though, because it's really slide heavy and uncomfortable to carry in and out of an armored car every day.
Wow, for such a "weak and anemic" caliber, the 9mike mike seems to be the second highest selected caliber just behind the grand ole .45acp......interesting BTW my CCW is a G19.
It varies on the weather and where I'm at. During weather cool enough for a jacket or vest I prefer a 1911A1. If it's cold enough for a coat I might even carry my S&W 1917 with it's cut down 3 1/4" barrel or my Webley Mk II in 45 autorim. For summer time it's usually my 2" S&W mod. 10.
I have handguns in .22, .32, .38, .357, .30 Mauser, .30 Tokarev, 9mm, .44, .45. The reason I mostly carry a 22 is simple. I live in New York City and the only way I can carry my handgun is UNLOADED IN A LOCKED BOX.
Actually, it is pretty close for me between .38 +P and 9mm. I voted 9mm because I probably carry the SIG P228 slightly more often than I do the Ruger SP101.
I carry 357 magnum most often by a good margin, followed by 9mm, and then, very ocassionally, 380. My primary is a Nickel-plated S&W M19-3 in 2.5 inch flavor. I love it.
