What gun for rampaging SUV driver?

You know, when Correia's posts are the ones that are the most grounded in reality, something's gone terribly wrong.

Shoot the radiator and wait 15 or 20 minutes for te engine to seize up...you're still run over. Shoot out tires and the driver runs you down while the rims are throwing sparks....Shoot through the laminated glass windshiled and kill the driver instantly..harder to do then it looks and a lucky shot sith any handgun or rifle ammo...the car still carries toward you on it's own momentum..or even faster if the now dead driver mashed the gas pedal

Are you aware that the guy drove all over northern California? If somebody had shot him at the first crime scene, he probably wouldn't have made it to the others.

I don't know about stopping the vehicle, but I imagine several rounds of 124gr NATO +P+ FMJ's aimed toward the driver's side windows will distract said driver enough to miss a few pedestrians (me being among those missed, hopefully... )

You know, I just hope that, one day, I have enough stuff in my gun safe to where I actually might pause in deciding about the armament to use in engaging Mutant Armored Zombie Bears. For me, if the sporterized SMLE doesn't work, I'm stuck with praying that the MAZB's don't like fatty foods...
