What is your most trusted semi-auto pistol?

I discovered, in Post Katrina South Mississippi, my most trusted pistol. As much as I wanted to go to my CZ-75 in 9mm, I ended up strapping on my EAA Witness in .45ACP. I like my CZ's so much better, but when push came to shove, the Witness is what I took. That, to me, makes it my most trusted pistol.

I know what you mean. I have a Witness in 9mm that is rock solid reliable too. While my CZ-75 jams once or twice out of every hundred rounds, the Witness churns them out all day, never having failed to fire. Even though I like the CZ-75 better, I would trust the Witness much more.

Mine are a S&W 457,all 3 of my S&W 1911 pistols,Seecamp 32,S&W 4506 and a Kel Tec P32.I still prefer 41 magnums revolvers over semi auto pistols.

Steyr M9.

Thousand of rounds of 9mm through it and absolutely no failures (only problem ever was a mix up with a high cap .40 S&W mag loaded with 9mm - everything seemed fine and loaded normally, but every third round mis-fed - took the wrong mag back to the local gun dealer, got the right mag, and now it functions as flawlessly as ever.

Wilson CQB Over 5000 rounds without a failure
Wilson Professional Over 5000 rounds without a failure
Springfield XD45 Over 800 rounds without a failure
Taurus PT-145 Over 3000 rounds without a failure
KelTec P-11 Over 2000 rounds without a failure

In that order!

Any of my SIGs, H&Ks, Colt Commander, Walther P-5C, Kimbers, CZ PCR, Vaquero, Kahr P9, Tomcat . . . I don't keep guns I don't trust.

SPRINGFIELD ARMORY 1911 A-1 Mil Spec, not the G.I. the first model. The gun is loose and has been sence the day I bought it. It feeds every thing I run through it and has never had a malfunction of any kind. I have done absolutly nothing to this gun and plan on keeping it that way. Why mess with sucsess?:)

My SA-XD40, I have supreme confidence in this pistol, 1200 rounds and ZERO failures so far. Its passed the confidence test for me.

Like some others, I get rid of any gun I can't trust.

Nowadays I have only Glocks for pistols. I might get something else at some point, but I'll be keeping my Glocks.

either of my 22's, my 23, or 27 are all fine. They all have TFO's and Lasermax internal lasers.

The 27 is the gun that stays out at night, and goes on my hip every day, so I'd most likely resort to it in an emergency because I'm most used to it.

Sig Pro 9mm.

The more I shoot it, the more I'm impressed with it. Feeds & fires everything, is accurate and has a choice of two grip sizes included and was under $600 NIB. I shoot it well with both hands, so it is my 'go to' gun anytime it's needed.

I totally trust it.
