What's your overall favorite brand of handgun?

I own or have fired handguns from all listed, except HK & SIG (so many guns, so little time). While I have several "favorites," I'd say Springfield for semi-auto and S&W for revolvers (though I have a very high regard for Pythons, too). Tough choice for me, but I'll vote S&W.

I like and own quite a few brands of pistols.Including FN Hi Power, Glocks, HK USP, S&W M&Pc, and Sig Sauers.I really like the all German models like the P225, P228, and P245.

But to pick a favorite brand, make mine an Italian Beretta!
Their smoothness of action is unmatched IMO.So I voted BERETTA.

At first I was quick to pick Ruger, but the more I think about it, I really like the consideration of S&W. The Ruger edges the S&W out in the quality and affordable 22 autoloader. Never liked the S&W 22 series, however thier highend stuff is super. The S&W edges out the Ruger because they offer a 1911. Ruger does not. It's a tough decision for me, however, I think I'll stick by my first choice...Ruger.

I have the S & W, 686, 6" ported barrel that is the only gun I like to shoot as much as, or maybe even more, than my S & W, MP's. Very sweet revolver!

I love my custom Colt .45, love my compact Kimber carry piece, really like my Winchester and Remington rifles - BUT

I own more S&W wheelguns (5) than any other brand, and 90% of the time my daily carry is a J frame.
