Depends on which fits your hand best. I love the feel of the BHP until I shoot it. I love the feel of the CZ and the Beretta but the CZ feels just ... best, and I am less turned on by some things I know about the Beretta when it is used real hard. Not that most of the world uses them that hard, or that they can't be fixed when they are, just... doesn't give the warm fuzzies. Plus, the slide-mounted safety is real easy to turn on accidentally when sling-shotting the slide to close it, or when clearing a malfunction. Not common, but malfs could happen!
Personally, I prefer frame mounted safeties, and your other two choices have that. Plus, B/FN HP and CZ are both capable of carry cocked/locked. That's how the HP should be carried, and if you get a single-action CZ, it should be carried that way, too.
Some folks spend a lot of time and money customizing an HP to get it how they want. They want a beavertail added to keep the hammer from biting them, the trigger slicked up, the magazine safety removed, a few sharp edges rounded off. I looked at what I would want to do to an HP "eventually", and decided that since the CZ comes that way, feels better to begin with, and costs less out of the box, it was a no-brainer.
YMMV.
