You people act like the 92 is a bad gun. It beats the cz, and possibly the BPH in reliability. Mine has been very accurate. 2 days ago i hit a cinder block at over 100 yards with one shot (with a little luck). The CZ may seem more accurate, but that is mostly the sights. Beretta is more bulky. If you are not going to use it for cc, and it fits your hand i say get the Beretta.

I truly do not understand the nonchalance towards the 92. As all guns, it has had it's problems in the past but they are a very solid and reliable piece. I love mine to death. You can feel the strength in it's weight when you're holding it that truly makes you feel confident about the gun's reliability. Even the use of it is above standard. I am a small man with small hands (5'4" about 135lbs) and even despite that, the 92 feels comfortable in my hands and all mechanisms are easily within reach. The safety is crisp and truly ambidextrous and the slide release is in the perfect spot for right handed shooters. The trigger feels fine to me and the weight of the gun actually reduces the felt recoil of the 9mm, making it very easy to shoot for extended periods of time and helps keep line of sight.

I can not comment on the other 2 handguns as I have not shot or handled them, but I own a 92 and it is a perfectly fine full sized metal frame handgun.

You've got two cocked and locked guns and a DA/SA in your list. Switch the Beretta 92 for a Taurus 92/99 and all three are cocked and locked.

I bought them in this order:
1) Beretta 92
2) Taurus PT99
3) FN HiPower
4) CZ 75B

Shooting preference order:
1) CZ 75B
2) Taurus PT99
3) FN HiPower
distant 4) Beretta 92 -- I learned I just don't like DA/SA guns, although my "made in Italy" 92 is a beauty to look at and by far the best fit an finish of the lot.

Tanfoglio/EAA Witness!

Only if you want a caliber CZ doesn't make in a 75B-like package (.45ACP, 10mm, or .38Super) or want to buy a single steel frame and four more uppers as funds permit to have one frame and 9mm, .38Super, .40S&W, 10mm, & .45ACP calibers -- this setup would be under $1200 if you shop carefully.

1º Choice CZ75B-BHP-92FS
2º BHP-CZ75B-92FS
3º 92FS-CZ75B-BHP
All of them are very reliable, accurate and long lasting.

CZ75B IDk probably the last generation of steel pistols to make history
BHP Nostalgia and service forever
92FS bulky for some, but made a landmark on the time

None of the three listed instead, in this order:

1. Springfield XD9 Sub-Compact
2. S&W M&P
3. Walther PPS

I voted CZ mainly because I like the CZ 75 *a lot*, but also:
BHPs are really expensive for what you get, IMO, and there's the whole jamming when fully loaded thing.
92s are nice and fit my hand very comfortably, but are a fair bit larger than the CZ.

Depending on what you want, though, all are quite nice pistols.

I voted CZ because I want one (SP-01 style though). But, I can see the BHP because its a classic. On that note you can get a CZ for a lot less than a BHP. And berettas never really did anything for me.

i own the beretta i have never had a ftf or fte with mine ever and it shoots real well ive had it for about 10 years i also have a cz 40p i love and prefer to carrie for home its the 92 for carry its the torus 651 or the cz 40p id like a cz po1 but that's not on your list

Beretta 92 doesn't point naturally for me and I can't hit a 4" target at 25 yards to save my life - or, I just stink. It's ironic, though, because I thought the Beretta had very little recoil at all and was comfortable to shoot. But, I can hit a 4" target at 25 yards easily with others, like a CZ, my M&P 9, and the Springfield XD in .40 and .45. I haven't shot the BHP, but its looks are so darn nice/classic, that you can't help love it. So, I guess it goes to what you want the gun for. If you've already got your XD 9, you can now concentrate on getting another 9 for style (which admittedly, the XD has none :) ) The CZ, however, is very slick as well, and has the bonus of shooting well. Get both. Okay, I will. :)
