Well I picked .223 because I have a couple of those ready, but I also have the AR57 upper ready to go also.
no offense but your boss is wrong. Nobody has the right to tell you how to defend yourself except the Lord. Tell the department to stick their rules up their assesAt this moment in time, .308 Winchester, but only if my 12 gauge pump guns are deemed inadequate for a specific and extraordinary situation. I wear a badge for a living, and my chief (PD) expects me to use handguns and shotguns, except in specified circumstances, and the rules apply to me off the clock as well as at work.
I have, in the past, kept a dept.-approved .223/5.56 AR15A2 Govt Carbine handy, and will probably use .223 again in the future, once things are sorted out.
Same here. BUT I also have my AR15 with a magazine in it Ready to go incase I need more fire power. So I Voted for .223!None of the listed options. 40S&W.
