I have 3 P99s and 2 Bersa Thunder 9 Ultracompacts that see carry time.
Also related to muscle memory, the 1911 and the glock feel so different that my hand knows what I have when I pick it up. Of course, like mentioned, rangetime is pretty well split between the two. If I fired one more than the other I might start having problems.I was instructed, if I intended to carry more than one weapon that they should be the same weapons, that way I will never have to look at which weapon is in my hands to figure out safety's, etc.
(Muscle memory was the term one of my instructors uses.)
