I've had
Witness
Colt Delta Elite
Glock 20

The Witness was the only one I can say that I actually liked. Unfortunately Tanfoglio's quality issues and EAA's lovely customer service keep me from owning one. I've moved on to other things and forgotten the 10mm (for now).

I have a Glock 21 (45) but have 10mm barrel and mags that fit and shoot it very good. I have the longer barrel in it, 6" area...

I was thinking of doing this with my 21sf, but the barrel manufacturer told me that I needed to change out the extractor along with the barrel & mags. Is this what you did, or were you able to use the 45acp extractor thats on the 21 already?

I like my G20 and also have a EFK Firedragon compensated barrel in 40 S&W so I have the best of both worlds!! No problem running 40 S&W by changing barrels which takes about a minute.

Glocks

A G29 and a G20SF LWD long slide with a 6" KKM barrel. In order to break in this build, the rails and slide needed to be "wet" with oil unlike a couple drops on a factory gun. At the range, I pass around the gun and everyone is amazed and the reasonable recoil and accuracy. I love the look on the face of a 1911 shooter when he hits inside the "9" ring!!

I had it changed, as has been mentioned to you... Glock gunny did it...Was very fast... I forgot about that...Something to do with a different spring, and face angle on the extractor...

S&W 1006 for fun at the range and a 1066 to carry. The 10mm is a reloaders dream. MY buddy calls it a .40 caliber .357.......what more could you want?????? Both guns have been flawless and are a pleasure to shoot.

Stainless Colt Delta Elite, Customized by Master Yoda (Ted Yost). I've currently got my eyes on a nice blue model that would make a nice twin. I've posted the pics before, but I can't resist an opportunity to gloat.

I understand a new and improved Bren-Ten replica will be available in not too many months.

there's a thread on this on 10mmtalk. apparently many folks have already paid to pre-order the new bren ten, and so far have just gotten the run around from the owner of the company. he keeps pushing back the availability date without a valid explanation. people are already upset and asking for refunds.

Once the extractor is changed out does the 21 now become a 10mm exclusively? Or, will it still allow you to change barrels back to a 45acp and shoot both 45 & 10 out of the gun? I ask because this is the only 45 that I currently have and I've stock piled a significant amount of 45acp ammo for it (between 2K-3K).

Witness. So long as I treat the "15 round" mags as 10 or 12 round It is delightful.....But of course I'd like another 10mm to keep it company.

I've had a Colt Delta Elite since the eighties and it's still rather pristine. Wanting to keep it that way, I bought a Glock 29 for my woods and vacation duties and semi-retired the Delta. You can't ugly up a Glock by banging it up in the woods. Double Tap 200 gr XTP.

Those are some very nice Colts pictured here.

I have and carry a Glock 29. "You can't ugly up a Glock" , my sentimants exactly. And the '29 is a real good shooter too.

Changing extractors on a Glock is a very simple operation that requires no tools.

I was told by Kevin McIntire of KKM Precision in an e-mail that a Glock 20 extractor will not work in a Glock 21.
You can swap extractors between the 9mm and .40 pistols, but evidently not between 10mm and .45acp.

The folks at Glock upgraded the extractor and it is a good idea to change it out..Simple, you are not using a 20 extractor, you are using the upgraded 21:)

I sent in several of my Glocks to be gone through and up graded, only cost to me was original shipping from my end to them...

They Fedxed back to me overnight, no cost to me, took about 2 weeks time all items I sent...

One they really went through was my 1988 17L that I really like...Came back very smooth and with several items replaced...I am a firm believer the product is a good one, folks who make them are very honorable...

I have the std slide for the 17 also, along with the 22 conversion kits, made by other companies...Still shoot them, all quality products...

Regards
