Anyone point an "unloaded" gun at you?

Last weekend at the Municipal range. At the outdoor 9 lane pistol section. I was to the left of everyone in lane 1. Some dude on lane 6 was having problems with his pistol jamming. So everytime he went to clear it(and being right handed) he pointed it to his left at everyone in line to his left.
After the 3rd time I went and told the range officer who went and told him to keep the damn thing pointed down range.

Today I was at my local small gun dealer... He was transferring a gun received from another dealer (new gun .223).. the new owner pulled it out of the box and was looking it over.. pointing right at me.... I ducked away from the muzzle and he offered me a better look thinking that's why I was leaning under the gun...

I told him that I don't care that the gun is new and out of the box... It's new to you and you need to open the action and be sure it's not loaded...

He apologized and agreed.. Just so dam typical.....:cuss:

A few years ago another hunter hiked past me and sat down about 300 yards from me and was scopping me. It's not a very comfortable feeling when people do that.
