Benchmade has great customer service and Springfield Armory's CS is outstanding, best in the business.

Great - above and beyond: ARMCSOR/RIA -I own a Charles Daly Compact ECS 1911 pistol -made by ARMSCOR-that suddonly developed ejection problems after years of zero trouble...I emailed ARMSCOR because Daly is out of business since January 2010. They SENT ME a new recoil spring system to replace my obsolete 2003 version despite that fact that I bought the gun used...it fit and works perfectly and the gun is again trouble free...an the cheif US gunsmith told me if I ever have any problems with either of my ARMSCOR 1911's to call again and he will fix them, used or not. I was only calling to find out the price of a new spring...I got the spring, shipping a great chat and the phone call at no cost.
email [email protected] for service problems for RIA/Daly or other ARMSCOR 1911 pistols.

Great CS
Midway, Brownelles, Sinclair

Prompt responses to inquiries, returns are easy, and easy to deal with.:)

Bad Bad Bad customer service.

Sharp Shooter Supply

They don't answer emails (except when you are making an order).
Good luck trying to call them (it's either busy, will ring with no answer, or they are on vacation).
Lastly, don't expect your items when they say they will deliver them. (Go ahead and add at least double the time they say, or better yet, you should forget about your order completely. You'll save yourself some heartburn, and high blood pressure that way).:barf:

Missouri Bullet Company is amazing at how quickly they get your order out.

I've only recently started reloading, but my one experience with Lee Precision was great, spoke with a live person right away, and they shipped me the part I was asking about for free.

Good thread. Many people will bitch when they don't get good customer service, but many people don't acknowledge good service.

Marlin - Outstanding.

Had a lever action 1894 .357 that we drilled a hole all the way into the barrel. Very sad story, too many power tools and not enough gun smithing among the three of us.

Sent it to Marlin for a replacement barrel. They charged for a couple hours of labor and shipping back to me. New barrel at no cost. Less than $150 all told. Took less than two months, gun shoots just great. I was extremely impressed.

Been waiting 3 years for a return phone call, or at least an email, from Taurus.

If anyone from Taurus sees this, don't bother now. I already fixed it at my expense, and you'll never get another cent from me.
