That is 'if' I am arrested.The problem is that if you are arrested for the use of a firearm, the first thing a judge will do during your arraignment is instruct you to turn in ALL firearms in your possession until you are adjudicated. Failure to do so is another crime you can be charged with and is contempt of court which can bring jail time. You can then TRY to get them back after you are found innocent. I know it sucks, but that's the way it is.

See in Texas we have the 'Stand Your Ground' law as well as the 'Castle Doctrine'.
As long as it's a good shoot I'll be fine.
Even Zimmerman was not arrested to begin with.
