Well, I'd have to go with the majority opinion and say ditch the girl. The guns are simply an extension of you, they do not change who you are nor do they jump up and go 'pop' by themselves. If you give in, you'll only be asked to give up more later.

Like i said early women will try and see how far they can push you and control
you,but try to talk to her first,see why she dislikes firearms, what happen in the past,if you cant get her past that then its time to go.(sometime a woman

All women are afraid of guns. Below is what I said to my wife, which looks a little like the comments linked from the archive on the first page.
"I am getting a handgun and moving my other guns from my dad's here."
"I am afraid of guns??? What if you shoot the wrong person, what if my sister comes over and you shoot her??? Why don't you get a bat, a sword, take more martial arts classes???"
