How much ammo do you have?

I went to a crossbow after seeing some guy on "the walking dead" or something kill about 500 critters with one bolt.. that's the way of the future and the thinking mans' getup.

On Topic: For the record, the most I have is six 1250 rd cases of 7.62x25 which I bought back when they were dirt cheap :D
 
I have a decent supply of ammo for a decent amount of different calibers. For the purpose of some urgent need I have some ammo that I simply do not touch and that includes:
500+ rounds of 7.62x39
350+ rounds of 12 gauge 00 buck and slugs
5000+ rounds of .22lr
 
maybe I am the odd duck everybody probably has a few thousand 22lr laying around maybe even a few hundred 12 guage shells but I play the game a little different how about 440 rounds of 375 h& h 600 rounds of 300 win mag and 400 rounds of 30-06 400 rounds of 454 cassull 500 rds 45 colt I have the stock on hand to reload it all 2 times or more and can cast bullets for the 45s I dont play with nato rounds good quality hunting bullets are my preference, even got a couple hundred 350 gr. solids for 375 if I got to shoot someting I am not betting on no 22(223)everybody has to play their own game, do it your way I am
 
Since I thought there might be a run on ammo if Obama got re-elected I bought about $600 worth of ammo a few months ago.

The online stores have been out of Winchester Ranger T 147gr 9mm, so when it came back in stock I bought it.

I don't want to have to pay outrageous prices at LGD to get on the range... and I'm teaching my kids to shoot and I don't feel like chasing around from store to store to get ammo.
 
I have enuf to keep my kids & grandkids happy for a long time.
They really enjoy our house & they all live within walking distance of our place.
God almighty--how did we ever get so lucky-----:cuss::cuss::cuss::cuss::cuss:
 
Has reloading powder in the 8-lb jugs experienced clear price increases in the last two months?

If it has, then maybe it will come back down in a few months or so.
 
We usually use 4 rounds per year for deer hunting, about a dozen making sure that the rifles are still zeroed. At that rate I will have plenty for the rest of my life.
Quite a few .22 LR rounds and a few boxes of 12 ga.
When we were in Cabela's yesterday, my wife asked if we have enough primers. I appreciate that she knows what we need for a survival type lifestyle.
