If I'm away from the house I carry. Wallet, keys, weapon. Mode of carry and weapon of choice change with attire. My advice is this: carry all the time, but only carry what you have a VERY close relationship with and can use properly. Just because you hand someone a scalpel does not make them a brain surgeon.
