If You Could Spend $10,000.00 total for a new or used Pistol, Revolver, Shotgun, and Rifle (at least one, and no more than one, of each) , what would you choose?

Here's my List;

I dont know enough about high dollar guns to make that assessment.


Probably some high-dollar 1911 w/ mags, a 1/2 MOA rifle in .308 accurized and tabled out to 1000yds, a decent 870 marine magnum, and a reliable .357 mag bedside gun. And lots of ammo.


Can I put a reloader and gear on that total too?

Rifle: .50 Beowulf AR-15.
Price: 1500$

Shotgun: SPAS-12 (It's clunky, heavy, but this is fantasy).

And I'd put the rest into high capacity magazines, ammunition, a dual armpit carry rig, some of those electronic hearing enhancement earmuffs and some body armor.

Well, so far the UZI I'm buying has cost me over $5700, and the paperwork hasn't even gone to the ATF yet. Today I ordered a 9mm supressor and paid $533 for it, but will still have to pay the $200 tax when I send that paperwork in. Still have to find conversion kits in .22 and .45, and find a case and other things. I think if there is any left out of the mythical $10k it'll go for ammo!

Of course lately I've bought a Ruger .454 Casull, a S&W 629 .44 Mag and a Kimber 10mm, but those don't count, right?

So i come out right under it. The rest of the cash is ammo reloading supplies, deffinetly would need to reload shotsheels for the usas. And ammo would be needed for the .50 bmg.

Basically combine the designs of the Mateba, Medusa, Desert Eagle, and FAL. A semi-auto revolver able to take any variation of 9mm/.38/.357 caliber that's got an adjustable gas system for the different loads. Overall weight'd probably be more than a BAR, but hey--it's my fantasy.

I have no interest in shotguns, or wheelies

so that would leave the field wide open for a couple of rifles and pistols. 2 Ar-15's, with the .50 and 7.62x39mm "uppers' as "spares", along with an M4 and a 24" HBAR. An alloy framed Commander, "fully loaded" Spld 1911, with several slide groups, .22lr, 9x19, 9x23, .45 ACP. A nice little SA pocket auto, like the Star DK 380, or the Pocketlite Colt Mustang 380.

Sigh. . . I just need to be instantly and permanently obscenely rich and powerful. Maybe I can marry into money.
