I own a fairly new winchester m-70 blackshadow in 30-06, i like the rifle but dont know much about it, does anyone know of any complaints regarding long range accuracy? i once had a guy tell me that the factory stock was too flexable to mount a bipod on it, that is, it would throw the accuracy by putting pressure on the barrel, is this true? let me know

How long is "long range", for you? :) You'd probably find a preference for some particular brand of ammo and bullet weight thereof, for best accuracy out beyond 400 yards and suchlike.

Generalizing, it's common for free-floating of the forearm to take care of any minor flexing with a bipod, unless the stock is really flimsy. (My 700 ADL's forearm has a channel to reduce weight, which made for a "flexible mistake" on Mr. Remington's part. Some fiberglass flock and epoxy resin would cure that, if I find the proverbial "round tuit"...)

I have gotten excellent accuracy out of M70s but I think they need more attention to how you tighten the action screws. In particular, if the middle screw is more than finger tight, accuracy can suffer. (YMMV) If that works, secure it with Loctite.
