Does anyone have any info on the new laws on individuals setting up a local gun shows to sell their collections? Has it passed to where all transitions have to go through a FFL dealer?

The last I saw on this was a big "dunno."
IIRC 34 State AG have filed to stop ATFE enforcement of the New Rule, largely due to the vagueness of the new Rule.
There are several suits pending versus ATFE on the Rule for various Gun Rights organizations.
I did note at Saturday's Fort Worth Gun Show, the promoter having a sign reading "You must have a federal license if you are in the business of selling guns."
THis will not help answer your question, obviously.

Around here a local gunstore chain bought "the circuit" from Orlando to Miami. If'n you get caught making a private sale on premises they will get local LE to issue a trespass citation. And yes, I personally know a fellow this happened to over on the Gulf coast. Not sure of any of the "legalities" as they don't seem to have coherent standards. Joe

It's 2024, you'll sell much more quickly and with less expense to NOT liquidate through gunshows than you will through online options.
There are no "new laws".
