Interesting and likely. On both websites, they aren’t depicted in packaging. Just a pile of beautiful, shiny primers.

Vacuum sealed bricks of 1000. We will be shipping them in the same packaging and will not be opening more than one of these to verify product quality. First shipment in will be 1.5M since you were all wondering why I shut down the presale. An import permit is expensive and takes time to set up, and is only valid for 2 years after issuance. Anyone engaged in importing will space out the delivery of items according to total quantity divided by timeline, or something close to that, which gives them time to figure out how many should be on the next permit. We have a lot of items on this permit, not just primers and bringing too many of any item over a border raises red flags to Customs and ATF agents. We'd like to fly as low under the radar as possible. That's all for now. Please exercise patience. We will come through.

Yeah that came off a little more harsh than I intended. I just find it interesting that, given we shooters are a conservative bunch, all the pet loads generally specify Winchester, CCI, Federal, etc. In sane times, people have been known to get into heated debates about even whether it is safe or ok to switch brands, as if that will surely cause a crazy pressure spike or ruin the accuracy of a load. Almost nobody says “This load requires Unis Ginex for best results” So when they’re all available on the shelf, I think 95% of people buy the US made, even if it’s a few dollars more, out of habit if nothing else. Which evidently means it’s harder to sell the S&B, Tula, UG, etc in the normal times. People reminisce about these brands more for their cost effectiveness or because they got a screaming bulk deal on clearance than their ideal performance. (Not that they’re bad at all.) So unfortunately when times are good/sane/normal I’d expect demand for UG to dry up... which does make the prospect of imports riskier, and may explain why none of the big players have been willing to gamble on it yet.

What I see on the page I ordered my 5k. Sure looks separated to me. Not saying I know this is how they come, just saying looks packed normal to me, granted a few may be upside down

I saw that. The make great mention they are are only 4 miles from the Canadian border.

"Have already shipped millions of primers in recent months." If true, someone has purchased from them.

I guess it all boils down to their idea of market price and mine. 100K at .06/each is only $6,000. Before you say "ONLY 6K, what would the completed ammo be worth". I would think you could easily make 9MM for sub 25 cents a round.

I hope NFT comes through but I'm still not panicking. I did a recount last night and my lack of organization is biting me, again. Too many years of laissez-faire "gathering" (as opposed to diligent collecting) of components. At my current pace of consumption, I only have two or three years worth of my favorite .38S&W, .357Magnum, and 9mm pistol loads. :(

More than likely it was because you had a jpeg or png inserted into the post.
They probably have very little server storage space available. I've seen many posts with pictures get deleted.

but, it was a separate post, it, and some posts from others were deleted.
They were not offensive posts by any means.
Thanks again, too bad a moderator couldn't have answered my inquiry.....
