Sad but true, although Will and the gang are laughing all the way to the bank. I can't blame them. If there wasn't a demand for it they wouldn't be doing it. Giving the public what they want...

So earlier in this thread red jacket was compared to American Chopper(occ) What i find ironic is Red Jacket appeared on an episode of American Chopper tonight=D lol

Just wondering why this thread is unlocked and the seasons over where as topshot was locked when season was over?

On the "broader audience" side of the brush stroke.

My Wife has given up some of her other, Much less watchable reality shows because she's gotten into seeing how the guns are put together. Hell, she's setting the DVR to catch this one for herself.

A bit silly and contrived, yes... no argument there. , but they're making inroads where it counts.

She's started asking for more range trips out of the blue. I can deal with the show's flaws on this alone.

The Topshot reality show was actually a competition and with the season over not much left to discuss while this show is still generating interest on the part of the non-shooting community?

While not the greatest show available, it has it's upside. It sure gets people talking about firearms in general. This is a good thing.
The show itself has many flaws; but it is just a "show", so we can expect a lot of "production value" content (or lack thereof).
The only thing that bothers me is that a lot of the things they do on the show almost make it seem like you could do this anywhere, when in fact you cannot. Especially here in Calif.
There is a disclaimer at the beginning of the show, but many viewers do not join in till after the show starts.
JMHO
