I first saw an ad for Spitfire pepper spray in Concealed carry magazine and thought it looked interesting. I then went to their website (www.spitfire.us) and eventually ordered several of them. They don't look like pepper spray, they attach to your keys, and can be taken off of the key ring w/o removing your keys from the ignition. They cost about $15 each, and replacement canisters of spray are only $6 each.
I gave one to my better half, sister, mom, grandma, and kept one for me. Only problem I have is on mine, they work by sliding a button forward and then pushing down on that same button. Well about 1/2 the time my button would stick forward, but I called them up and they are sending me a replacement w/o even first getting mine back. I did say "don't you want me to ship the old one back?" and more or less she wasn't too concerned with me possibly trying to scam her. But she said she was going to include a shipping label to return so they could see what the problem was with it.
Overall I'm very pleased with the product and service, all the others I got seem to work fine, and maybe mine was just a fluke. Just thought I'd put this info out so others could check it out.
