I'm very sorry to hear about your brother. I hope who ever was responsible was arrested. Will his brain damage prevent him from legally owning guns? Will he be a danger to himself or others?.

Hes ok but he has 'stroke isms''' Dumps the ashtray in the coffee pot puts the salad on top of the cubbord-hes So Much better --They found the guy who did it But cant proove anything.hes supposidly in jail for some thing other Now ..
He sent His permit back to genesee county and we have heard nothing else.So I think is over - Its just sad they way the cops treated him -Hes has lawyers tell him to sue the Sherriffs dept and they tell him he should get several million --I encourage him to do so -But Hes so hateful toward Ny state he wont come back here for any reason Just wants to live in peace.
I cant wait to leave and go to KY -

Hope all works out, good luck. As for being bankrupt, the entire government is bankrupt. China owns us. Can you believe what has happened to this country? Thank the corrupt politicians and CEO's of large corporations. There's lots of tension in the air. The future of this country is hinging on the November elections. If Obama gets in, we will all be facing restrictions on firearms, not just NY, but every state, and more taxation. Remember what Biden said, it's patriotic to pay taxes.

I don't know how anybody else feels but the 700 billion bailout for AIG sure sounds like WE ARE paying for it. In other words the middle class working stiff pays for a private corporation to get bailed out of a hole they (AIG) dug for themselves. Can someone tell me why

I now live in the Free State of Florida.I'm retired from the Syracuse NY.area of the state.Doing anything that involves firearms in Florida makes me smile and thank God I'm finaly living in America.Then there is no winshield stickers,front plate,money sucking yearly car inspection,or State income tax.NO ICE&SNOW!!! This is a better place.

Know how the state is 55$ for a life license? (btw-sullivan law promised it wouldnt raise over the original price- 3$)
Well, we here on long island are super safe, see our target/hunting licenses (as in your allowed to carry on you or in your car in a locked box on the way to a range or hunting spot ONLY) are $200. a little-teeny-bitty bit more then the 3$ originally promised...
oh, yeah. and it expires in 5 years.
