It doesn't appear that you fired, own, or had much if any experience MK40 to question anything I've stated. It's common held belief and experience that the heavier the firearm the better it will handle recoil.Going off of your own personal experience at a certain time and then blanketing that experience as the normal response for everyone else is just asinine. Everyone’s experience with recoil is perceived differently. And your examples were quite ridiculous to compare.
Different times in my lifetime, I had different reactions to perceived recoil on the same weapon and loads. So if my own experience differs, why wouldn’t others do the same. I would never try to assimilate other’s experiences into my own. One reason I always use “my experience”or “in my case” etc. Me thinking that everyone else has the same experience is self centered or egotistical.
Are you nitpicking something to argue about? It's not that serious. I only gave my firsthand experience, and it wasn't meant to start a back and forth debate.
