There is no law

There is not any law, anywhere that I know that will force you to disclose that the status of your firearms in your home, the unique exception and this is I believe, city ordinances, when there is a fire , you need to disclose to the fire department about ammunition stored, but also volatile substances, like gasoline and flammable substances, in order to protect the life of firefighters.:scrutiny:

I'm not going to read 5 pages here and this may have been mentioned before........

Gun ownership is in the healthcare LAW as a health risk and will be added the screening questionare we all have filled out when going to the doctors.

The difference SOON, it will be fed. info.

I don't live within the city limits of Charleston, WVa thank God, but I do live nearby. Last week city officials announced a program to get all city residents to make a list of any owned firearms and register them with the city. No law, just a program.

I just about puked when I heard about this. They said it was to help the city identify stolen firearms and maybe that actually is their intention. IMO it's just another misguided intrusion by a government body into the peoples right to stay armed. The less any government entity knows about me the happier I am.
