Strange how PK influence has altered the "terms of debate" ! Traditionally, an "arsenal" has been a site where arms, (not necessarily firearms), have been crafted and stored. Numbers, size, style never figure into it ! With the advent of firearms stores of powder and canon/shot were included in both the popular and military jargon.
Now it seems anyone with a small cache of arms - edged and otherwise - is deemed to, "have an arsenal", regardless if they have the skills/capacity to craft, restore/repair or manufacture arms. IOW, any collection of edged weapons or firearms - and their accessory/impelling powers - are now deemed an "arsenal" in the LSM. >MW
