Here's all the crap I carry on a daily basis. Old pic, but only changes is phone is now a Katana II, Buck Mantis has changed to an assisted opening freebee from the NRA that I love. Also the Kimber now rides in a Don Hume JIT slide for many years.

Who are you really? Bad , Bad Leroy Brown? "He got .32 gun in his pocket just for fun" Jim Croce. Sorry but been listening to Jim Croce and that is a line from the song.

The truth is, the .32 sort of is just for fun; they're little jewels. Not my first choice for a sticky situation, but they are legendary deep CHs for a reason.

I like Jim Croce. I met his son in passing once, A.J., he's a musician like his dad.

There are worse things to have playing on the stereo than "time in a bottle" when your wife discovers that you just bought yet another redundant small auto...

lol, I carry an 1890 morgan for luck, also my samsung galaxy s2. I learned the importance of a cell phone a year ago monday in the bastrop tx wildfires!

In my pockets I have the coin, the phone, a pocket knife of some sort. Lately a case conoe, i'm a knife guy so this changes once in a while. Normally a traditional pocket knife. I also carry a fixed blade 3 inch belt knife and a sog multitool. Not the big one, it was to heavy. I carry a snub nose revolver at work(provided by employer) and generally keep a revolver in the truck. My truck is normally within 30 yards of me......it carries everything from tools down to a few can goods including my truck guns.

Wallet
Keys to the truck and the house.
G-Shock watch.
Gerber Shortcut pocket multi-tool.
Cell phone in soft case on belt.
Ruger SR9c with a 10-round magazine inserted.
17-round magazine for the Ruger.

House and truck Keys
small ID card wallet
Iphone4(personal phone) or Blackberry Bold 9650(work phone)
Leatherman Wave multitool in leather sheath in back pocket
Novatac EDC 120P flashlight in nylon sheath on belt
Kahr PM40 in pocket holster
Two spare 5 round mags in nylon Knife sheath in back pocket

My EDC has gotten much lighter in the last couple of months after my switch in employment.
Right now it is...
  • Springfield 3" 1911 loaded with Speer Gold Dot..
  • Sig P238 either in pocket or on ankle
  • 1 extra magazine
  • Thin wallet with essentials
  • Iphone
  • Car fob, house key, gma's house key, gate key, and a handcuff key (time to get rid of)
It is so much easier now than it was 3 months ago.

Depends on what I'm doing, but my list is usually:

-Pants. Often overlooked and undervalued, but incredibly important.
-Shoes. I usually go with something I can run in comfortably. while I can run in flip flops or boots, its not pleasant.
-Benchmade Griptilian. Used to use a CRKT M21, but I wanted something different.
-Ruger LCP. Its the gun I've been carrying most lately, just because its summer, and its easier to carry a spare mag than a speed-loader for my...
- S&W 642. If I'm not carrying the Ruger, I've got the .38.
-Ruger SR9. When I want to carry a full sized gun, this is my go to pistol.
-GLOCK 29. Sometimes I can conceal it a little better than my Ruger... and I like 10mm...

NOTE: I usually only carry one of the small guns, and one of the big guns.

Chris "the Kayak-Man" Johnson
