Who would like to see a general discussion

I posted a question in another post, and it was locked, you know, like the communists used to do when someone asked questions they didn't like, they silenced them.

Anyway, about 90% of the locked topics here are locked because they are "off topic"

By actual vote, would you like to see a general discussion forum?

That is, if THIS one doesn't get locked.
I'm asking if we could please leave this up..

Not quite like communists...more like owners of private property. We have a general forum -- elsewhere.
