. I've had my Stag AR with carry handle for a few months now and really like it except for a couple of things. I really didn't like the A2 grip and that rattle box of a buttstock. The finger groove on the grip is where I have a problem. I grip AR's much like I do 1911's. I tend to ride my hand very high on the grip and the finger groove is right where I want my ring finger to be. I started shopping around and ended up ordering a Magpul MIAD grip with the enhanced trigger guard. I also ordered a Magpul CTR buttstock. Oh, and while I was at it, I also picked up a A.R.M.S #40 buis to go behind the EOtech 512 (AA) that I just had to have:banghead: . Before I knew it, I sank about 640.00 dollars into this rifle in about ten minutes. Anyhow, the rifle has taken on a whole new form. I've battle sight zero'd the iron sights and adjusted the reticle on the EOtech to coincide with the iron sights. I'll be getting out the range tomarrow morning to dial it in. Other things that were done to the rifle before I bought it were a RRA two stage trigger and a Daniel Defense single point sling attachment. The grip and the CTR stock are first rate. The stock locks in with absolutley now rattle at all. One would think that it is a one piece non-adjustable stock by judging how tight it locks up.
