I am not a Mall Ninja by any stretch of the imagination. As far as that goes, I pretty much have the physique of 'Paul Blart - Mall Cop' and that's as close as it gets. I do, however, have a few evil black rifles and some combat tupperware. Add to that a few black-scaled knives and I could blend in at just about any shooting event going.
However, these things are not holding my interest very well these days. I enjoy shooting my XD9 on ocassion but it doesn't do anything for me on an aesthetic level like my wheelguns do. My Benchmade knives are the same way. They are great tools but I like my Case knives better. My evil black rifles hold even less power over me. I am to the point that I would much rather have some nice bolt guns - especially a CZ 452 LUX.
What it boils down to is this - I am a guy that is knocking on the door of 50 years old and finding myself more comfortable with a S&W snubbie in one pocket, a case Peanut in another pocket and a cane made out of some nice looking wood. Anyone else in the same boat?
Now, I am trying to come to terms with selling some of the more tactical stuff that I own. I really don't like the idea of selling any firearms, but I guess I need to get over that.
