My uncle has his CC permit for NJ! It only took him 2 years to get.
BTW he was, at the time, a still employed (ready to retire) FBI agent in NJ, and a former NJ State Trooper. LOL
If he had that hard of a time, good luck to normal tax paying subjects of NJ.
