.41 magnum combo. Marlin makes the rifle and several companies make the handgun.
.454. I don't see this as practical, though. I'm not a recoil sissy, but the recoil of a handgun in this caliber is more than I look foward to.
Just because you choose not to use it there should be no reason for it not to be practical.

I don't know how many companies are currently making .41Magnum handguns, but last time I checked, Ruger still chambers a Blackhawk for it. Just my opinion, but for a .41mag, I don't think any manufacturer can beat the Blackhawk or a used S&W.

Winchester marketed a Model 94 in .480 one year, but when I called them about it in '05, they said it never got enough orders for production. Not that many revolvers chambered for that anyway.

Have you guys seen that video of the guy shooting a "Nuke" Maadi Griffin pistol and the resultant explosion? The guy sweeps his partners a couple times and..................well watch it. It's under the pictures of the woman firing the pistol. It's rather cute.

There was a huge revolver built similar to the .600 nitro one on .50 BMG. Even at it's rather hefty weight, I wouldn't want to shoot it. But that would probably be the ultimate combo. That revolver and an M82?

I'm real big on pistol/carbine combos.

In one year I'll have a Marlin 1894C in .357 magnum to go with my revolvers. I'll also have a 9mm Uzi 10" SBR to go with my Sigs.

Marlin and S&W or Dan Wesson = .357 perfection for small game

UZI and Sig = 9mm goodness

UZI and 1911 = 45 ACP Harder hitting combo
(get greasegun grip converion for more ammo)

Marlin and Redhawk = 44 Mag great close range deer combo and smaller

45-70 in Contender is a handfull - but Marlin 45-70 is a hoot

Never tried a 50 BMG handgun - tried a 50 BMG carbine but cost being what it is I'd just order single shot upper for AR-15.
