No, It does not bother me if others do not carry.
The only thing that has bothered me about our CCW law was my co-workers. Nine of us got together and signed up for our CCW class when the law first passed here in Michigan. We all took the class and as I write this I am the only one who went through the hoops to get my license. Now many of these people like to hunt and shoot and are believers in the 2nd. However not one of the "bums" got off their duff and went through with it. If for no other reason than to pad the number of license holders they should have finished it out to support the law.
To my mind this is like someone who does not vote. How can they complain about loosing any gun / hunting rights if they do not support them. The real problem is apathy. Some people just can not be bothered with the hassle, the hurdles, nor the scrutiny. I am glad that there are others who will go the distance . . .
