Nytrillium is for killing terrorists. Might not work well on normal bad people though.

No, but i could fix that.
I thought about that too, skunk. I suppose i could test it by shooting a chunk of beef then wrap it in a turbin and an explosive vest and see if it makes a difference.

They actually advertise rounds called "The Silver Savior" and "Fang Face". 
Reminds me of "bringest now thy holy hand grenade".
I almost forgot, I have learned from special operators that Nytrillium is a modern tactical replacement that combines silver bullets and wooden stakes. Shhhhh, don't tell anybody.

1) What are bullet weights on these things, especially compared to standard ammunition of the same caliber?

To this day I've NEVER BEEN ATTACKED BY A WATERMELON OR A PAIR OF WATER JUGS WORKING AS A TEAM for that mater.

Judging by the video I'd say these are the absolute best round for defense against naked terrorists

I'd like to see what these will do to a watermelon dressed in 3 layers of clothing consisting of denim jacket, heavy shirt, and a t shirt. Maybe even a test with a heavy leather jacket and heavy shirt. Would these act like an "Extreme Shock" bullet proof vest ?
Every round is a compromise. Just choose the best compromise for your EXPECTED situation.

Sintered metal rounds are very good for blowing doorlocks out without injuring the shooter... you wouldn't want to get hit with one but it's an underpenetrator... it loses its energy far too quickly.

I still grin at how Tamara, Byron Quick, Johnny Guest, JShirley, and I all giggled in red-faced fits over the very whisper of the titilatingly mysterious word "Nytrilium!", as we hunted out of a cabin in Georgia in December, 2003. We speculated on why we hadn't been issued our updated copy of the new Periodic Table. We discussed who would win in a fight: Mighty Mouse with Nytrilium, or Superman with FMJs. We marveled over the zowie-wowie super-saturated color ads in the gun mags.
Okay, okay-- we'd never tried the ammo. I don't know about the others in that jocular group, but I still haven't. It may be super good at what it's supposedly designed for-- maximum energy deposit on organic targets with minimum penetration concerns in sensitive environments. Certainly those videos posted earlier by UrbanRedneck in this thread are impressive. But my needs are a little different, in that I want a little more penetration. I also would want to see some gel tests.
I agree with UrbanRedneck that they were hurt by the salacious advertising by the marketing company that they hired. Who knows? With more sedate adverts and less whizz-bang terms and art, the round might have become a standard, filling a specific niche. But we'll never know, I think. Not many can take it seriously.

And yet after they saw the proposals and gallery proofs it would seem they liked them enough to give the go ahead for unpteen thousand brochures as well as quite a few not-inexpensive full page colour magazine ads.
The bottom line is, they both approved them and paid for them.
It's like when someone here says something both utterly stupid and woefully inaccurate. After that, how can we take anything they say or do seriously?
By then, I suppose their reasoning might have been to appeal to the mall ninjas, sell as much as you they could to them, as fast as they could to recoup some of their start up capital.
If that's the case, they are shrewd.
Or they might just believe their own hype and perhaps they really like their advertising.

yup thats the round, except with mine each of those little "hockey pucks" is an inch long and 12ga sized like a standard slug. One of those per round. Wacky round too, i paid 12$ for a box because the gunshop owner wants to get rid of them.

The videos would be much more credible if they had used a JHP round to compare to their ... JHP round.
Instead, they use a FMJ round. Obviously, it's going to penetrate more than a JHP would.
