The Glock 23 with a 9mm barrel works for me; can always change barrel back to .40 when a bigger hole is needed.

I like them all. (mostly) My goal is to own a 9mm in every brand. Not every model.
So far I own,
Ruger P89
Ruger SR9
CZ 75
Beretta M9
Glock 19
Nothing real elegant or expensive, but I plan on moving up the scale shortly.
Its a caliber thats fun to shoot and easy to reload for.

I like the da/sa design and metal frames... So, the CZ75 and Beretta 92 are top of the list with a Sig 226 coming in close behind. (BHP is sa only)

But, my favorite CCW 9mm? The CZ P-01.

In no particular order. I've owned one or two of just about every 9MM that has ever existed. These are the ones I went back to or stuck with. All are highly reliable. All have individual attributes and limitations. I would bet my life on any of the above. Yes there are others that are just as good. The ones shown above are just my personal preference.

Inherited a WW2 P38 from my grandfather, only 9mm I've ever shot and it shoots great.

Kind of odd that the Luger is what everyone wanted Axis and Allies, but the P38 was really a better gun.
