and
"If you open that trunk, they go inside."

Speer: Some difference.

Desperado:

Bucho:

You drive around town...

...you see someone you don't know,
shoot them.

How hard is that? (Bucho grabs gun from Henchman Lieutenant)

Look over there. (Points to Henchman #1)

I don't know him.

Never seen him before. (Other Henchmen move away from Henchman #1)

A gun! (Henchman #1 looks down at his gun in his belt, panics)

It must be him.

(Bucho shoots Henchman #1)

Now, how hard is that?

It's that easy.

A couple of mentions for HOMBRE already... Here are a couple more from that great flick:

Cicero Grimes: "Now--You put two holes in me and I owe you."
John Russell: "Two's usually enough for most."

Jessie: "Well, what do you figure yours (headstone) is going to read?"
Russell: " 'Shot Dead,' probably."
Jessie: "Don't people take to you, Mr. Russell?"
Russell: "It only takes one who doesn't."

Armed and Dangerous/We Were Soldiers/Die Hard

A helpful truck driver gives a large single action revolver to ex-cop/armed security guard; JOHN CANDY...
TRUCKER: "This gun is only legal in 2 states, and this ain't one of them!"

Another quote from McQ:

In the back room at the gun shop, Lon McQ has just tried out an Ingram SMG on a trash can full of water. Asks to borrow the SMG as he starts loading a canvas bag with magazines and the Ingram.
The shop owner says: Lon, that isn't registered.
McQ replies: Neither am I.

Agent Rogersz: Good evening, Otto. This is Agent Rogersz. I'm going to ask you a few questions. Since time is short and you may lie, I'm going to have to torture you. But I want you to know, it isn't personal.

This is from Repo Man (A funny film that nobody has seen apparantly)

Lord of War:

Of all the weapons in the vast soviet arsenal, nothing was more profitable than Avtomat Kalashnikova model of 1947. More commonly known as the AK-47, or Kalashnikov. It's the worlds most popular assault rifle. A weapon all fighters love. An elegantly simple 9 pound algemation of forged steel and plywood. It doesn't break, jam, or overheat. It'll shoot whether it's covered in mud or filled with sand. It's so easy, even a child can use it; and they do. The Soviets put the gun on a coin. Mozambique put it on their flag. Since the end of the Cold War, the Kalashnikov has become the Russian people's greatest export. After that comes vodka, caviar, suicidal novelists. One thing is for sure, no one was lining up to buy their cars.

From the Good, The Bad and the Ugly....

Clint Eastwood to Tuco: "There's two kinds of People in this world. Those with loaded guns and those who dig.............. you dig."

Hmm.
I haven't seen a movie in quite a while. I think the last movie I saw in the theatre was 'Kingdom of Heavan'. Which I enjoyed but doesn't count because no firearms. Historically I took it with a grain of salt but good entertainment nonetheless.
I've been preoccupied with books.

How 'bout this,
"A fifty caliber Hawkins...(edit)BOOM! (fleeing deer crumples)" - Jeremiah Johnson

HAH! I wondered where this quote came from! I just returned from a vacation in Turkey. Turkey has a secular government but Islamist factions are increasingly influential. Also as the most "western" of the Islamic countries it is a popular tourist destination for various Arab and Middle eastern vacationers. So I figured I'd dress as conservatively and inoffensively as possible: I packed chino pants and short sleeve button shirts. But just as I'm exiting a tour of the famous "Blue Mosque" here comes a european or american looking guy with a black tee shirt with an AK 47 on it, and this quote. Gee, I said to myself, I guess I could've gotten away with those shorts with the 'tactical' pockets after all....

I had to double check and make sure no one had already posted it. Kinda surprised, but...

"AK-47, when you absolutely, positively got to kill every (expletive) in the room..."

Samuel Jackson, Jackie Brown

A helpful truck driver gives a large single action revolver to ex-cop/armed security guard; JOHN CANDY...
TRUCKER: "This gun is only legal in 2 states, and this ain't one of them!"
Not quite. It was John Candy's gun and after using it, he gave it to the trucker, Cowboy. (Steve Railsback) What Cowboy said to him was akin to "That's some handgun you got there." Candy replied with the above, It's a 50 caliber..............etc.

Also one of my favorites from one of the most perplexing and mesmerizing movies of all time:

Think of them as fleas on the dog, that gets hit by a stolen car, driven by a drunk teenager, that's girlfriend had just given him the clap. It will help your perspective..............John Hurt to Rutger Hauer, after blowing up his friends in a motorhome, The Osterman Weekend

That was in 'Dirty Harry', the 1st of the movies with that character.

Godfather 1 or 2 -

After taking some slob for a 'ride' -

Its a New York thing.......

Jayne: A trade? Hell, it's theft. This is the best damn gun made by man. It has extreme sentimental value. It's miles more worthy that what you got.
