I do not think Patricia Konie was inebriated. Her speech in subsequent interviews is the same as it is in the first video. Her movement in subsequent interviews is the same. Many elderly people have halting speech and impaired mobility. It was after a hurricane in horrible, oppressive humidity and heat. People were dirty and wearing minimal clothing. There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that Mrs. Konie was inebriated, no breathelyzer test, no field sobriety test, and no blood alcohol test. None. Nada. To suggest such is ludricous. Not trying tio justify what they did, but that lady appeared to be inebriated and had a weapon in her hand. it wasn't until after she showed it to them that they tackled her and took it.
Even so, let's suppose she was inebriated. She was in her own home. Last time I checked, it is perfectly legal to drink alcohol in your own home in New Orleans Louisiana.
If you have any solid evidence other than your flawed assessment of Mrs. Konie's speech, movement and general appearance, please present it. Otherwise, consider this argument failed.
How about posting a few specifics regarding this too. Who was shot by looters? Who shot looters? How many bodies were found with bullets in them?Ever think for a second that people were indiscriminately shooting each other? Looters shooting homeowners, homeowners shooting looters? Might have been why they acted as they did; helps to have the entire story.
To date, other than Ronald Madison and James Brissette, Coroner Louis Cataldie has reported no dead bodies in New Orleans with bullets in them. Dr. Cataldie is still accounting for the dead. Do you know something he does not?
