I'd like to get a .44 mag to trade with my dad for his Colt .22 Buntline.
A Ruger LC9 would be fun, or a blue MkII Target.
A 3" SP101 because my Talo is too purty to shoot.
Realistically, whatever somebody practically gives me.
Only two models I plan on buying in the near future. In the distant future, S&W M&P15 Sport.
Not a S&W fanboi, it's just that both the M&P pistol and the M&P rifle would be the easiest to modify with aftermarket parts to get as close to what I want out of a handgun and long gun.
It'll take more than six months, but here they are.
1 - .300 Blackout AR.
2 - SilencerCo .45 Osprey (hey, the ATF says it's a firearm...).
3 - A very small 9mm, I haven't decided what flavor yet, probably a Kel-Tec or Ruger.
I am poor. It takes me more than 6 months to save up for a new pair of shoes. So if that is the criteria, I really don't have a "short list." Aside from finishing the guns I have, there are a few guns I have my eye on. I am thinking I'll probably have to wait until next tax season for my next new firearm purchase. This is fine because the gun on the top of the list isn't even projected by the manufacture to be available in this country until sometime next year. According to the CZ rep, the P-02 9mm is coming 2013 though
After that, I've had my eye on the Ruger Redhawk 4" .44 Mag for a while. And I would like to get another semi-auto rifle before our Congress-critters start banning the things again. Right now the SIG 556R and the CZ VZ58 go back and forth at the top of that heap. We'll see.
