Guns that are not made anymore that I would buy

Except for some current production CZ handguns, guns that are not made anymore are pretty much the only guns that interest me enough to buy them.

I'd like to find a nice FN 1910 but in the blued finish rather than the 24K gold that seems to be the commonly advertised versions. At least the prices asked have to be for gold.

A nice Ruby with two correct maker mags would also be on the list.

If I couldn't have anything mag-fed, the Krag system seems like something that should be brought back: flip open the latch, drop in some rounds, away you go... no muss, no fuss.

(If there's a drawback, maybe someone more experienced can tell us what it is?)

The krag just needs revamped, it's single lug is not something I love (I have a krag carbine 30-40) but the buttery smooth action and mag loading and unloading are VERY worthwhile

I'd like to have a new Star PD to replace the one I let go of years ago. I still have the M45 Firestar I bought to replace it and like it still, but I could go for another PD.

Remington Nylon 66..... If I ever come across a nice one for a nice price. But that will probably never happen. They've really gone up over the years, at least those that I have seen.

Savage 99 any caliber but prefer .308
Remington 788 .308 or 30-30
Savage 170 in .30-30 or .35 Rem.
Sako L61 in .270
Browning Auto 5 in 16 gauge

Sako L61 in .270 or 6.5 x 55
Browning Auto 5 in 16 gauge
Who doesn't love a Sweet 16?

Maybe not at the top of my list but I would definitively put these in the queue:

S&W 1006
Walther P88C
HK P9S in 45 ACP

Honorable mention to a Bren Ten but in this market it may be 3k which I wouldn't pay. I truly believe S&W is least likely to innovate or listen to the gun community. Whatever made them dig their heels in on the internal locks seems to have leaked over into upper management there. Anything is possible with the German companies since they probably store the machinery and keep it in perfect working order.

Winchester 1890 or 1906
Winchester Model 12
Browning Hi-Power
Modernized SKS - 18” barrel, detachable magazines options with 7.5 Grendel, 5.56x45, 300 BO, etc. (actually still made by Molot but not importable.
