...which of these 9mm would you chose. It will be a "do it all" type handgun meaning plinking, HD, some carrying. I'm not trying to start a war here, just simply looking for people's thoughts/experiences with the following and based on that seeing which would be the one to really consider.

The choices: Glock 17, Springfield XD-9, Beretta 92FS, CZ-75B

At the moment only one can be purchased, but eventually I hope to have them all :D.

Change it to a Glock 19 and it would be a great do it all. Follow that by the XD-9. 92FS and CZ-75B are both fine pistols, but a little large for convenient carrying, at least for some. :)

since I'm limited to 10 rounds in my state a 1911 in 9 mm.

+1 on the 17 or 19 for a great all-round 9mm, if you're comfortable with the GLOCK trigger. A few years later, I'm wishing I'd have made mine a 17 instead of a 34. They are too close in size to justify adding the other now. It's too late for me at this point... go on without me...

I have a Glock 19 -- great gun.
I have a couple Italian Beretta 92's - great guns too
Which would I recommend? The one w/ the better deal :D

As soon as you say carrying weight a size become an issue so I'd lean toward the first two. Of those, I prefer the Glock. Having said that I chose a S&W M&P compact over a Glock. Fit my hand better which is an important factor in shooting quickly and accurately.

Since you are going to carry you will need to evaluate how large you are, not everyone can comfortably concealed carry the full-size pistols. You may want to look into the G26 or the XD9 sub compact. I tend to lean toward the first two but you could look at the Beretta PX4 sub compact or the CZ 2075 RAMI. All fine pistols, that looks a lot like my wish list too.

In order: XD-9, CZ 75, Beretta, Glock. Glocks don't point well for me. The XD is just about perfect.

If its gonna see alot of carry time, go G19. Nothing I've owned, has outshot my CZ75B 9mm:) I've owned everything on your list, except the 92.

CZ-75B. I've owned all you mentioned. The steel frame of the CZ makes for a very slick feeling, nice shooter.

For me I would change it to the Glock 19.

The 17 is too big for carry but the 19 is fine for home defense and target shooting.

The 9sFS and the 75B are big to lug around all day and will be much harder to conceal in the summer.

The 19 is a gun that does it all for a fair price and will go bang whenever you need it.

In order for me: XD, CZ, Beretta, Glock

That order mostly comes from grip angle and overall feel. Your best bet would be to handle and shoot all four and decide which one fits you the best.
