You're correct, the release date is 2011, it's just the AVAILABILITY date that is the fall of 2018Anyone know a solid release date for this? Im guessing the fellow who said 2018 was attempting a joke.
BATF will regulate it to LE only so they are the only ones to get them...
They can probably do that, for the reasons I mentioned in my overlong discussion on page 4. Perhaps a few of the first owners of this weapon should engage in some various obvious sports (hunting deer, clay pigeons, and real pigeons, for example) and put some videos on YouTube. It would increase sales, as well as make it more embarrassing for the BATFE if the latter should ever decide the Kel-Tec has no legitimate sporting use.BATF will regulate it to LE only so they are the only ones to get them...
Im not a fan of the sights... AR sights on a shotgun? Seriously? I'll take a bead any day...

If it's much more than that I'll probably just wait and see what the Ruger version looks like.
Since I just got here, has the batfeces declared it to be a "destructive device" and lacking sporting purposes yet?
You're not entirely accurate in saying that. Sporting purpose applies to American made guns as an exemption if they could otherwise be declared a destructive device. Lacking sporting purpose is the excuse for calling a street sweeper 12 gauge shotgun a destructive device. Street sweepers were not all made in south africa. A 12 gauge has a bore over half an inch and the ONLY reason your duck gun 12 ga is not a destructive device is because it has a "sporting purpose exemption." Complex laws suck and are a sign of tyranny."Sporting Purpose" only applies to imports ... otherwise converting Saigas to "evil configuration" once you replace enough foreign made parts replaced with US made ones would still be completely illegal.
Last I heard, Florida was still in the United States
"Street Sweepers" are made in South Africa, thats why they're DD's because of "No sporting purpose".
