Local gunshow this weekend

I didn't even realise we were having one until my SIL called and told me he would pick me up at 9 AM to attend. I told him I would have to pass but appreciated the offer. Bum hip is really bummed this morning for some reason and I wouldn't even be able to make it from my door to his truck.

The MRI has been read, a course of action planned this past week, and will be started on the 30th. I am hoping to be able to attend our spring show walking normally. Hobbling around the house using a roll-a-vator is getting old. Very old. I have stuff to do, places to go, and can't.

Whoever—- at least your area still has shows.

People in my area who complained about paying X to go inside etc can Now feel better, as some anti-gun politicians have shutdown our “shows”.

What we now have is a modest room at the Shriners, basically just a retail gun shop with plastic Glocks and ARs.

Our shows are still going pretty strong, we have 1-2 locally every month. I made a nice score at the last one, prices were surprisingly reasonable overall too.

Thanks for the well wishes. Nothing wrong with the hip joint so no replacement needed. Muscle and tendon thing according to the dr.

I went to day one of the Wanemacher a couple of weeks ago. Huge number of high quality revolvers and bolt action rifles for sale cheap. Makes me feel old.
