Strange Midway USA issue

Midway has always handled their business in an exemplary manner, I will always do business with them.
 
They have been great to do business with and handled any returns I have made well.
My only gripe is it seems as soon as I place an order the new coupons will come out in the next day or two. Sure enough, I placed a large order this morning since I was tired of waiting for new coupons, and just got the new "bullseye bargains" email this afternoon!

You might give them a call and see what they say....they may be willing to give you a credit back to your account. It's worth a phone call IMO. I know I've done it with other companies and they have been willing to work with me.
 
DTD, the exact same thing happened to me today. I placed an order Wednesday and it is still in transit. I saw the email when I got home today at 5:00 and immediately shot them an email asking if they'd consider crediting me the $10. Before 6:00 they had issued the credit. They are a top notch outfit.
 
Ordered a package of springs and a ram prime. Got them in a bubble envelope. Cut it open took the paper and ram prime out and tossed the envelope. Thought a BOX of springs was on the way, when it was a no-show I called them. Even though I admitted that I had probably thrown away the springs they sent me more at no charge which then arrived in short order.
Gotta love them for sure.:D

No vendor is immune to problems. The key is how they handle it - That is, how they make it right for the customer and how they make internal changes to keep it from happening again. Midway has always been a pleasure to deal with.

I did, and they did! Issued the difference back to my CC. Top notch service!
 
I made the mistake of buying from Midway once, now I have to like every two weeks.

Blazing fast shipping, fair prices (sometimes a bit over, sometimes a bit under), great selection, and easily navigable website. Just a great outfit.
 
I made a huge, (for me, well over $1k) order a few years ago, when I had inheritance cash. Giant box...and half soaked with a broken bottle of Hoppes #9. Everything was handled on the spot and perfectly by MidwayUSA. Heck, I have a small order, (all I can afford right now), on the way as I type this! :D If I need it, they tend to have it. ;)
 
I order something from Midway nearly every month.I've never had an issue,but am confidant that they would make it right.Sorry that you had a problem on your first order.I hope that you will continue to use them,they are a good company,and give back a lot to the shooting sport. Lightman
