Since the antis are so into passing gun paws, they should pass a law that states unless you are pro gun, you can't be depected in a movie using one, or as a director make any money off of guns in your movie, or have any actors use guns in your movie at ALL. I think a lot of the antis in Hollyweird would all of a sudden be pro RKBA!

Money out of pocket or not in pocket because of their thinly disguised beleifs, no way!

Abramovitch doesn't surprise me.

Gangsters generally approve of guns.

I meant, that he would be using them, for legal purposes  .He has a friend who lives in Scotland, who is a rich Russian called Mr Lisen or Comrade Lisen. Now Lisen,is a Russian steel tycoon, who started off in life as a Soviet-Union welder and ended up becoming a multi-billionaire.

Anyway,Lisen had bought an extremely expensive Mansion and hunting lodge,in Scotland and entertains his Russian guests, there.Shooting is one of many activities, that he likes as he is a keen marksman. Both he and Abramovitch are keen hunters and marksmen.

P.S.Also, while I know he's anti RKBA, Sean Penn was proven a hypocrite when his BMW was stolen in Beverly Hills and he had to report 3 handguns stolen. I believe it was a Glock 17, and 2 .38Specials.

Karl "The Postman" Malone (former NBA star and outspoken NRA member)

Sarah Michelle Gellar
Laura Prepon (That 70s Show)
Mila Jovovitch

Did I read somewhere that Eva Longoria (Desperate Houswives), being a fine young Texas gal, is a crack shot and goes on an annual hog hunt with her husband to put on a Thanksgiving BBQ?

If so, I think I'm more deeply in love than ever (depending on how good a shot the husband is, of course...).

"...all you gun-toting, hip gangster wannabes" - from their song "Learn to Swim"

The title of that song is Ænima.

DUH, I love that song, guess I had a brain fart because its definately Aenema.(sorry, dont know how to do the little AE thing:D)

Did I read somewhere that Eva Longoria (Desperate Houswives), being a fine young Texas gal, is a crack shot and goes on an annual hog hunt with her husband to put on a Thanksgiving BBQ?

Not gun related, but I believe she's still dating(not married) to Tony Parker, the Frenchman that plays on the Spurs.

Buddy Hackett (the comedian) was a serious gun collector.
John F. Kennedy was an NRA member.
Eleanor Roosevelt (FDR's wife) shot revolvers and carried.
Theodore Roosevelt (serious shooter, serious collector).

Most Presidents of the U.S., I believe.

I am pretty sure actors Luke and Owen Wilson are pro gun as well. I remember seeing an interview with them where they were at the range shooting. Luke was wearing a H&K shirt.

Are we making a distinction between celebrites that own firearms for their personal protection while supporting gun control and those that support everyones RKBA. Some of the people mentioned fall into the first catagory rather than the later. If we are just discussing who owns firearms in Hollywood then it would probably a long list. That does not mean they support our rights.

Gary Coleman used to shoot at MARKSMAN on 29th St in Tucson.

Steeve McQueen, may he rest in peace, was an avid shooter and collector.

Noble Willingham (CD Parker) from Walker Texas Ranger shot birds with my dad a time or two.

Tom Selleck, has already been mentioned, but I have a deep and abiding respect for him, that I mention him again. I met him in southern AZ while he was filming one of his Louis L'Amour western movies "Last Stand At Sabre River" I believe. He is a true gentleman, and very generous person.

Members of Jethro Tull.I think that It was one or two of them.
Jethro Tull frontman Ian Anderson is into shotgun sports. Here's an excerpt from an old interview:

Inevitably, the word ego emerges. Ian Anderson readily concedes that he is an egotist. One way he expresses this trait is by spending money on items he's liable to discard the following day. The act of buying is reassuring. However, there are some things he values, like his Webley & Scott shotgun. This was purchased after much thought and research.

The shooting (he explained) is more like what the Yoga sort of thing is — the process whereby a lot of emotion, a lot of intention gets brought down to one simple, clear-cut pursuit and one has to be incredibly controlled to do that — and yet be very slick at the same time. The modest, emotional little exercise — it's a calming thing.

Currently, Anderson shoots targets, not animals; but he sees a possibility of that changing partially because of his fondness for pheasant.

I'm now more able to differentiate (he said) between the glory of the kill, of which I so intensely disapprove, and the necessity of killing for eating and the enjoyment of fresh foods knowing it was your lot in life to look after that food while it was still alive.

I can enjoy walking through the woods where I live and seeing the pheasants fly and flutter through the undergrowth. I feel a responsibility for them. I will protect them against other people.

This responsibility is directed toward doing his bit to keep the balance of nature balanced.

There are too many squirrels (he continued).

One has to control them because they will proliferate; because certain kinds of trees have been planted artificially some years ago. One must control the foxes because there are too many foxes in the world. There would be no pheasants, no squirrels and no rabbits in the woods. One therefore has to say, I think this area can support four foxes, and at any point in time, a few cubs. More than that, I must either shoot them, hunt them in the traditional English way, poison them or whatever. But I must control this, lest it get out of hand because the ecology already is unnatural.
