other 50% of time Hk USP fullsize 45..

Hk more for winter but i have carred it quite a bit this summer

Whenever I can (clothes permitting) S&W J-Frame 342PD with them new 135 grain Gold Dot +P's.

When I need something smaller...Seecamp .32 with Hornady 60 grain HP or Hydra Shoks 65 grain HP (and yes both feed fine & if I could find Miwall HP's I'd try them too)

When up on the mountain, the Browning 1886 carbine, barrel cut to 20", Lyman #56 receiver sight, sling, 400 gr barnes @ 1800fps+ loads. Or was this just handguns?

Right now it's a Springfield Compact 1911. I might switch to my S&W 1076 after I send it off for some reconditioning, but I'll have to lose some weight first.

Glock 26. It's a 9mm for those that don't know Glocks. My carry method is a Fanny Pack on my belly and thats all I carry in the F.P. Well, and a spare mag.

I find that I can't get by with "just one gun". Depending on the clothes I am wearing and where I am going, I use one of the following.
G27 in .40 S&W, S&W 332 in .32 Mag, Kahr PM9 in 9x19 or a Colt 1903 in .380. All of them are loaded with Black Hills ammo and yes, I do practice with all of them. The Colt 1903 I primarily carry around the house and yard for nostalgic reasons. It is quite accurate and dependable.

As you can see, they are all small guns. Mainly because I have a slim build and have a hard time hiding especially in summer.

All of these had over 500 rounds each without a hickup before I would add it to my carry stable.
